    已经多次入住瑰丽府邸行政套房了，儿子很喜欢这个公寓酒店，一来是外面景色好，二来是私密性好，三来感觉瑰丽的服务也非常好。 这次来住恰好是我的生日，酒店给我送来了红酒、巧克力和贺卡，很是惊喜。疫情期间酒店生意也是大受影响的，虽然同在一个城市，还是很爱瑰丽，希望它的服务越来越好，也有更多客户喜欢。 谢谢他们每个人的用心服务。

    到达府邸一楼工作人员Pala热情指引刷电梯至68办理入住。 前台工作人员Erin Meng和Elsie Liu服务专业和热情，很细心的问询入住需求并且安排了高楼层房间，房间朝向IFC西塔朝江，景观很好。 装修设计偏暖色，有家温馨的感觉。私密性高，不同房间不同电梯，这次住的单间，下次试试套房。第一次来容易迷路。 总体来说府邸的工作人员都很热情，有回家的感觉。

    18号房型，室内宽敞，正对西塔，俯瞰大剧院。个人相对于酒店，很喜欢瑰丽府邸的居家之感，亲切自然，没有酒店那么嘈杂，68层的公共厅，更像是会客室兼书房。府邸也可以使用酒店的泳池和健身房。特别喜欢更衣室区域的水疗区，广州塔景观，按摩池非常赞，喜马拉雅盐壁汗蒸桑拿室。对于我感觉瑰丽府邸更像是空中之城的休闲放松之所。另外感谢前台Autumn帮我及时找回遗落房间的手机。
