  忙了一些时日，今天才有空上来，宾馆环境不错，夜景很美，来的时候看到有一栋楼用红色水箱围起来，后来在酒店经理解释下得知是有重要接待，经理很热情，帮忙解答很多疑问。没想到东山生意这么好，前台办理入住手续效率👍，服务员有微笑🙂，楼下旁边有好多吃的，🚗 交通方便，进入大堂没有戴口罩的服务台会免费提供😷，非常贴心。

  难得有机会入住东山宾馆，以前总觉得这里老旧，自己亲自入住，才发现闹中取静的桃源。园林式建筑，停车方便，生活气息浓郁，附近购物，饮食极方便。顺便了解一下墙上简介，历史悠久，院子里的小小猫可爱！

  这是广州比较老的酒店，很多年前住过，这次又来住了，正赶上东湖楼装修，我们也住在东湖楼，所以白天休息时有点声音，但是晚上隔壁房间人很多，说话声音很大，一直到半夜都很吵，东湖楼离前台比较远，有事到前台不太方便，电视卫视频道50几个台，有的频道没有，也不是太方便，好的地方是停车场很大，且免费停车，这一点在广州很难找到，其实就是看中这一点才来的，还有就是每天晚上送来免费的甜品，住了几天，不重复的甜品，酒店很用心。

  第一印象：东山宾馆位置很好，面积很大，地理位置优越，开车进出也不用担心停车问题，下雨后的东山看起来更加舒朗，院子里的荔枝都熟了，如果可以摘就好了。疫情期间的东山：酒店进出大堂有防疫物品提供和温馨提示，在我住的楼层也有消毒酒精，在目前疫情反反复复的时刻可以看出来极其用心良苦。酒店住宿环境：走廊宽，色调柔和，客房干净卫生，特别是加热衣架很有特色，在国家号召酒店不再配洗漱用品提倡环保之下，东山还是为我们住客准备了应有尽有，台灯，小冰箱，浴袍、充电线……每一样客房物品都在用心为顾客考虑，连电梯都有醒目的标致，爱了爱了！酒店的服务：办理入住的小姐姐态度很好，有微笑，走廊的服务员见面了都会打招呼，住的人应该不多，但大家很热情，印象特别深刻就是入住当天晚上接到大堂梁经理的问候（具体名字不记得了),之前我住过很多酒店都没有酒店工作人员问候，没想到在东山有人关注，梁经理说话速度有点快，不过人细心，嘘寒问暖，担心我在这里住的不好，他说今天是他值班有事可以随时联系他处理，这服务贴心啊。这里的工作人员真心不错，吃早餐的时间有点短，可惜早餐没有水果，酒店外观看起来有点陈旧和简陋，总的来说，还是很满意的一次住宿体验，有机会再来。

  因为在周边办事选择入住，老酒店，新装修，停车方便，服务挺好，特别是酒店前台大堂梁副理，还是一样的热情，为客户着想，帮客户解决需要的方便，特别感谢！
