  环境很好，服务很周全。下次回来老家还会选择来这玩在这住。无敌海景一早起来拉开窗帘很舒服，自助餐有代金劵，加上各种表演和灯光设施。都给满分！

  进景区大门要购票，住宿凭订单免两人，验身份证，因为带小孩故又买了张门票，80元一张门票偏贵，应该减半才是合适，星期一人少也花了点时间，人多估计会吵，希望简化程序。如果出来吃饭凭房卡可三个人进出，四人就要两间房卡。前台办了入住后，服务员把行李送上房间，马上就送上入住水果，晚上还送酸奶和水果，何南管家服务不错??，房间很大，空调给力，就是床下有头发及灰尘，打扫不够细致，洗手间窄，洗澡更衣出来不便，没提供棉签，幸好我们有自带了。早餐品种算丰富，出品一般，泳池不错，沙滩长，沙细，海水一般，退潮可见贝壳，可能因为疫情，人少，沙滩表演停了，游乐项目也没人玩，餐厅冷清。总体而言，休息发呆还是不错的，傍晩走走沙滩，晚上三五知己喝啤酒吃吃烧烤，老舍意滴。

  点名表扬 何南经理！服务太棒啦，电瓶车带我们游览浪漫海岸度假村海岸线，讲解很仔细，服务也特别变通，致力于为客户争取福利，确实是五星级服务。??????酒店设施很好，有很多配套设施，泳池，温泉，spa等，早餐也很不错，来这边绝对不亏。

  第二次来，这次来人比较多，都满房了，环境一如既往的好，带小孩来，所以订的是泳池房，还有很多地方没有去玩，一天时间真不够，还有就是那个部长陈彩燕服务态度真好，我们来的早，她帮忙搞卫生，安全好，晚上还送牛奶，回来的时候还给孩子们送娃娃公仔，非常感谢。
