这是一栋民国风的别墅，自带花园景色宜人，隔壁老爹茶堂闲余时间还可以泡泡茶。房间采光通风都很好，因为是独栋大别墅隔音效果也是很不错，房间很干净，房间设备齐全入住时洗漱用品已经备用齐全啦。民宿位于中山路步行街旁，楼中楼，雅中雅，闹市之中的寂静处，靠近镇海路地铁口，距离动车站也只有几公里的路，出门交通非常便利。老板人很热情，是休闲旅行，商务出行好住处。

民宿是一个位于市中心居民区的一栋老别墅有种闹钟取静的感觉院子内还有一家茶堂。民宿的管家服务都挺热情的挺适合拍明国风格的照片。而且步行去中山路只要几分钟。去轮渡也挺方便的地铁口也很近推荐喜欢老洋房别墅的人

在一个㗀深的古巷子里，周边都是当地居民，交能很方便，地铁，公交，核心商业区都在150米以内，且是闹中取静的好地方。房子一百多年前造的，无法想象的是如此小巷中会有那么大面积的私人别墅的存在。如此小环境中，当然不能对它有太多的奢求，比如房间面积，内装修，门窗等等。当然，价格不贵也因如此。这是一个适合爱好深度游，了解闽南文化，摄影摄像，悠然下午茶，体验民风民俗的好地方。（非深度游者不推荐噢）

别墅位置很方便，跟中山路步行街就隔了两条街，距离镇海路地铁站步行几分钟的距离，外出游玩非常方便，即使下雨不合适外出，在别墅里面的沏一杯茶，在公共区域hea也十分舒服。内景跟漂亮，没特意拍，酒店自己的官图就行。房间装修和家具都比较老，3楼天台有洗衣机和晾衣棚，也有厨房。但由于茶室和摄影对外收费开放的，房子本身的年纪也比较大隔音不太好，早上晚起，午睡的时候，一些靠近厅、公共露台的位置的房间有可能不那么安静

别墅在小巷子里面，虽说一开始有些难找，但是走两次就觉得还是挺方便的，不管是打车还是去中山路都很方便，别墅环境还可以，很漂亮，很安静，就是花草树木多必然蚊子多，刚进房间时打死好几只，房间不是特别大，但是卫生间挺宽敞的，有个小阳台基本没出去过，因为玩一天回来天黑了容易进蚊子，洗漱用具拖鞋等等全都有，很方便，总体很满意
