非常棒的酒店，从酒店的装潢材料和功能布局可以看的出来这家挂四星级的酒店以前的辉煌的场景，虽然工作人员很少，但服务流程有条不紊，晚上有婚宴，服务员很热情的接待了我们一家，我代表安徽省酒店网向酒店表示感谢！

酒店是四星级就在山里，离景区大门很近，空气好，风景好，停车方便，因是疫情期间，酒店和景区的游客很少，但服务做的还是很到位的，感觉还不错。

位置很好，适合在山上住的人，其它真是不行，设施全部都过时了十几年，另外吃饭要按照厨师的点来，早餐八点多就所剩无几，让服务员添加，大妈会告诉你：厨师下班了。。

酒店位于景区内，需购门票才能进入，离天柱山索道不远，离大龙窝5公里，乘索道的话可以开车去，索道旁都有停车场，很方便。早餐一般吧，能吃饱。酒店略有年份，设置有点旧，但肯定要比农家乐要好很多。

酒店在景区内，我是自驾去的，要去酒店必须先购门票+景区环保车票（130+30），才能放行。这个有点坑，自驾不用乘环保车，也需要付额外30元。酒店在景区半山腰上，附近就这家酒店，环境优美，空气清新。但晚上四周漆黑一片，不敢外出。只能在酒店外广场上看看星星。这是天柱山唯一家4星酒店，但远达不到四星标准。除大堂豪气，床较舒服外，其他很简陋，卫生间挡水帘子很肮脏，与4星完全不符。五一期间标间价格不菲，标间要550多一晚。早餐是含在房费中，早餐也一般，相对城市4星酒店有很大差距。也许位于景点中吧，没有竞争对手，客人也不多，只能是这个水平了。
