  夜景很美，环境很棒，二楼连廊直接过去乐园相当近。自助早餐也不错，东西很多很丰盛，十分适合亲子游。唯一不满意的一点当天睡觉时厕所的灯怎么也关不了，太晚发现，小孩子睡着了避免维修动静太大选择先不处理，习惯关灯睡，睡的不是特别踏实。

  外观是很梦幻-夜景超级美~可以走廊桥直达乐园。房间设施还不错，2大1小住的挺舒服。工作人员服务都挺棒~早餐比晚餐种类丰富好吃，晚餐定的自助餐，不太行~酒店的套票无限次进入挺不错的，在前台随买随用~美中不足停车位太少啦，转了几圈才找到位置~

  周末入住，没想到1点多可以直接入住，挺好的。房间地毯不干净，卫生还要加强细节；早餐中规中矩；酒店内有儿童乐园，有画画的地方，有观赏鱼，凯特元素满满；晚上城堡夜景还是不错的，第二天去乐园较方便。酒店内有个卖面包的地方，走时候买了面包和饼干，面包都是硬的，饼干看了下都是几个月前的，作为亲子酒店，应该每天食物保鲜是最基本的。望改进卫生细节及食物品质。

  说实话，外观真的是漂亮，很多人在拍照。也有很多人在这里拍婚纱照，但是作为酒店来说性价比真的不高，端午节前一天入住的，酒店几乎没什么人气，有些活动也都相应取消了，所有酒店设施只开放了泳池，儿童乐园，城堡影院，小丑表演什么都没有，作为一家主打亲子的酒店，在亲子方面做的实在不到位，订的亲子房，除了一张小床和一双小拖鞋之外，就完全没有和孩子有关的任何设施了，早餐中规中矩，没有惊艳，好在服务还算不错，都是笑面迎客的，去对面的HelloKitty乐园近是很近，但是连廊也不知道什么原因不开放，乐园也没什么人气，票价要近300，从外面看里面真的很小，所以也没进去玩，去了附近的中南百草园倒是非常意外，地方够大，里面有非常大的动物园，可以在里面玩整整一天都不够，还有儿童乐园，很值得一去！
