这次住希尔顿真的是给我特别多的小惊
喜，酒店装修简约温馨，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，前台的Ethan小男孩，超级热情，还特别让我记住他的名字，如果满意给了好评，哈哈，这么好的服务，值得鼓励

房间很整洁，房间设施齐全。床睡着很舒服，疲惫一扫而空。
•早餐不错，简洁可口，餐厅环境很棒．用餐体验满分，能有种归家的感觉，前厅部经理kitty也有给我电话回访，退房没有开发票也及时帮忙开具电子发票，每一项服务都很好很热情很耐心。

跟同学住的，还不错。酒店卖的零食和酒水价格挺实惠的，最多可以延迟退房到14点，酒店早餐的小馄饨醒酒很好吃。

和老婆喝了酒怕回家吵孩子睡觉，想起来鞍山新开了一家希尔顿，来体验一下。酒店还给升级了房型，前台小程服务很热情，效率很高，还没等我填完防疫信息，就把手续都办好了👍🏼房间也很不错，稍微有一点装修的味道，智能夜灯很方便，这点不错，研究研究在家里也装一个

酒店前台人员服务态度挺好的，房间硬件设施也不错，只是卫生条件需要改善，毕竟这是个星级酒店但是卫生甚至不如一些快捷酒店。还有就是房间内有小冰箱但是里面并没有饮品，卫生间也没有浴袍。本想着酒店会打回访电话但是等了几天却没打来，只好在这里说一下自己的真实入住感受。
