酒店位置非常好，坐落在赐福湖、长寿岛旁，设计新颖，空气清新，植被茂密，但没有蚊子，入住后每晚还送果盘，房间卫生非常干净，前台服务人员礼貌、耐心，早餐品种丰富，当地特色应有尽有，餐饮服务热情周到，服务员小何等能根据顾客用餐需求，主动介绍餐品种类，非常难忘的一次巴马之行！

酒店位置远离市区，环境不错，服务有待提高！酒店园区较大，自己的车辆无法停靠在房间附近，停车场较远，每次出行要叫园区的电瓶车接送，电瓶车有时叫不到
