  酒店位置位于城心区域，公交打车都非常方便。左右客作为一家及其有态度的店，确实把各地分店的特色做到了极致，干净的床铺，舒适的环境，也给旅途增添了不少亮点。作为左右客的忠实粉丝，真心希望腾冲的左右客店越来越棒，也感谢负责人全姐的悉心照料，从机场接送到续房都一直关心着，若再来腾冲，还是会选择左右客。

  前台小哥很热情友好，房间不错，干净卫生，用品也很贴心。大堂摆放的物件很有感觉。如果有早餐就更完美了！

  酒店房间比较“特别”吧，预订之前，要看一下房间的设计风格你能不能接受，比较简约中的简单。 房间地面是水磨石的效果，还是比效喜欢的，只是看上去，感觉上会比较冷；洁具用的是杜拉维特，淋浴套件用的是汉斯格雅，看得出酒店的投资方和设计者，还是比较有品位的，因为这个如果是正宗的话不便宜。

  酒店算是在市中心了，就是停车有一点不方便，离酒店前台有一个的位置，好像是别人装饰公司的停车场，不过也还是挺方便的。 前台的服务，还是不错的，做事也比较有耐心，比较温和，说话有让人比较舒服。 电梯出来，没有具体哪个房间的指示，不是特别方便，要随机选一边走一下，容易走错了，就要走回头路了，这个强烈酒店改一下，成本又不高，但是对于我们这些客人来说，还是方便些的。

  酒店干净卫生，安静。阳光可以照到大半个房间，使秋日在房间不觉得冷。房间够大，热水足。一楼吃早餐的地方与吃正餐的餐厅分开。
