We picked this place due to the location and didn't use their services alot so no comment on that part.
No smoking it says but entire room was filled with smoke smell and even on the pillows. For someone with sensitive nose it was not acceptable.

服务很好，环境也很好，房间也很大。就是床垫和枕头，个人习惯不了，太软了，平时习惯了乳胶枕。枕头不好一晚上睡不好 。再就是设施太老旧了

Good experience, very nice garden at the rooftop. I enjoyed my stay. It's a pity I didn't have time to check the museum. Will come back then :)

出差来北京订的酒店，在附近有个项目，过去交通很方便，酒店楼下的餐厅很有设计感，很艺术，房间挺宽敞的，采光不错，衞生间和床品也乾净，很满意！

楼下就是美术馆，地理位置好出行方便，去三里屯超级近，房间整洁乾净，很适合来京入住，体验感很好，下楼就能参观美术馆，一举两得

从国外回来入住奥加，这已经是第三次选择住在这里了。房间非常宽敞明亮，还有冰箱，在北京的很多酒店都没有的。非常令人感动的是，我们随身带的胰岛素需要冷藏，我又在网上买的冰袋，前台的工作人员Tina Chen热情帮我收快递冷冻冰袋，非常暖心。退房时Annie Li 又给我们提供了很多帮助，非常感谢奥加的工作人员，很热情友好，推荐给大家。

房间乾净 客房清洁工作人员人很好 因为我有带婴儿 多给我放了几条浴巾 前台服务人员态度也很好 第二天退房时因为大使馆的事情没办完 晚了两个多小时 前台还让我慢慢来 不着急 以后会带家人继续入住的
