Perfect hotel with good location near to the subway ?
As the room is facing the city view we had good sleep as the window insulation is good.
All the hotel receptionist are very pleasant and always ready to assist.Kudos to the hotel for having service orientated staffs.
Will stay at ATours hotel in my future visit to China or any places where there is a ATour hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing ?? Very clean and beautiful, aesthetic interiors, with great amenities. The stuff is exceptional, very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel to everyone.

很舒适的下榻选择
周边交通方边，地铁站公交站都有，离首都机场也近，步行可达三里屯，前台服务态度很好，还有客人准备的游玩地图，舒心的选择。

环境：就在团结湖地铁站附近，去三里屯挺方便的~
设施：设施都挺齐全，这次住的是内窗房，也还好不会觉得特解闷。酒店早餐也还可以

酒店位置方便，离团结湖地铁站很近，步行可达三里屯商圈；房间一如既往亚朵水平，服务周到热情，自助洗衣服务虽然没有使用，但可以在房间看见有几台可用，还要等几分钟，可以看出用的旅客还真不少！

这次入住北京团结湖亚朵酒店是一次非常棒的体验。首先，酒店的地理位置极佳，距离团结湖地铁站非常近，出行极为便利。
特别要表扬一下前台的小哥哥小姐姐们，他们真的超级亲切，脸上的笑容极具感染力，总是充满正能量。对于我们这种有很多沟通需求的境外游客来説，他们提供了巨大的帮助，非常耐心细致，必须点赞！此外，清洁阿姨和维修师傅也特别友善，每次见面都会露出温暖的笑容，让人感觉非常亲切。
房间衞生状况堪称完美，床品和枕头非常舒适，完全缓解了旅途的疲劳。真的很喜欢住在这里，服务细节满分，下次来北京一定还会选择这里！
I had a fantastic experience staying at the Atour Hotel near Tuanjiehu Subway Station. First and foremost, the location is excellent—being so close to the subway station made getting around Beijing incredibly convenient.
I must give a special shout-out to the front desk staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, with bright smiles and such positive energy. As an international traveler, I often have questions or need assistance, and the team here went above and beyond to help me with everything. Their patience and support were truly appreciated! I also want to mention the housekeeping and maintenance staff; they were always friendly and greeted us with warm smiles, which made the stay feel very personal.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I truly enjoyed my stay here, and the level of service is top-notch. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Beijing!

亚朵集团并不是第一次住，乾净企理，房间感觉跟照片一样，早餐可以，行去三里屯soho最少要15分钟，去机场30分钟。今次订了3晚，最后两天不知那里有工程，早上7点多已开始不断dup dup 声，如果想在房间休息就不太理想。

原本订雅致房，入住时前柜表示房间会闷，确实没有窗户情况下会闷，但主要是冷气只有风没有制冷，后续联络前枱，加钱换了另一间带窗户的，结果冷气还是只有风，没有制冷，前枱Molly ，整个过程 都全程协助解决，虽然最后还是解决不了冷气不能制冷问题，但看到Molly 诚恳的工作态度 ， 我也不想折腾了，就将就睡一夜。 (服务我5星，是给予Molly 的工作肯定) 其他我就不说了
