半夜到T2，机场班车半个小时一班，刚好赶上1:00发车的班车，司机和前台妹妹服务特别好，房间宽敞床品也舒服，衞生乾净，第二天晚上航班又做班车回的机场，太适合转机住宿了

服务超级好，值班经理小闵Grommash给了我很多帮助。出来旅行的，帮我做了很多规划给我推荐了很好玩的地方真的非常感谢他。酒店早餐也挺好吃的，恒温泳池也很放松。

装修年代感，配套落后，前台服务冷若冰霜。就这还一个劲儿説，网上付款了就不收房间按金了。冒牌希尔顿。就这价格我承认我被坑了，第一次也是最后一次。

The hotel is fairly close to the airport with the shuttle bus service so it was very convenient for a morning flight from Beijing. Terminal 2 is about a 10-minute drive from here, but the stop is on the Arrivals floor.
What I liked the most was the service - my luggage was taken care of, check-in and check-out were speedy, room was clean and odourless.

很完美的入住体验，完全好评，下次还会来住的～不愧是希尔顿，24小时接驳车也非常方便，服务周全热情，从机场T3到酒店全程五分钟，赶飞机非常方便～

住了无数酒店，这次希尔顿住宿让我非常难忘，进入酒店，一位帅气、叫闵双平的前台微笑、专业安排入住，精心帮我安排什么时候乘机，机场大巴出发时间，行李分别安排到房间和寄存，只觉得舒适、安全，像回家一样

早餐不太好，尤其是煮麪太难吃了，煮好的麪点的时候再煮一下。客人也不多，师傅太多时间站着没事但也不会点麪后现煮。房间设施陈旧又不方便，水龙头只能放出温水，热水冷水龙头任何角度都无法出来。洗澡的调节滚轮的刻度全磨掉了，完全无法知道湿度，只能慢慢体感了。布草毛巾“有皮没毛”呀，用了多久不换了。房间屋顶很高，但灯光昏暗。读书灯基本无法调节角度，太松了。也许是离机场近的功能性酒店吧，以上不太需要过于关注。唯一的亮点是前台的效率与酒店机场摆渡车的司机师傅都服务态度很好。

转机入住首都机场希尔顿，出行体验满分。紧邻T3客运大楼，24小时免费接驳车来回T2、T3，班次密集，早班机出行毫无压力。客房空间宽敞，双层隔音玻璃隔绝飞机噪音，床垫柔软舒适，落地窗可观飞机起落。自助早餐品类丰富，中西餐、北京特色小吃齐全。配套恒温泳池、品牌健身房，休整放松很方便。前台服务贴心高效，行李协助到位，商旅转机首选，下次落地北京还会入住。
