酒店环境非常好，设施很新很整洁，有健身房游泳池免费停车场。地理位置好，离大运河、万达都很近，性价比很高。特别表扬一下5月1日晚上接待我们办理入住的前台工作人员伊曼，态度非常好，很有亲和力，很真诚的为客户着想，积极主动解决实际问题，令我们非常满意，体验到了宾至如归的感觉。

酒店位于通州的核心区域，未来运河CBD的区域内。整个酒店无论从硬件，软件，服务都在水准以上，既适合商务也适合亲子。入住的整个过程，从前台的办理到入住到早餐和健身房泳池都很棒，特别要感谢前台的lucy，很热情，因为同行有孕妇，特别的关照，感谢！房间内部的风景很赞，可以看到整条通惠河！推荐给周末需要度假的小伙伴们！

酒店很新，大堂气派，房间舒适，卫生间干湿分离，早餐丰盛，服务很好。尤其感谢前台T OM，非常热情专业。酒店位置不错，距离万达广场比较近，步行可及，吃饭购物很方便。入住当日天气很好，可以远眺西山和国贸CBD，晚霞满天很漂亮。酒店停车近期免费，地下停车场非常便利。

通州游孩子、老人都满意。酒店免费停车，早餐丰盛，泳池水干净，另外还有3个按摩池，入住还送了水果，感谢酒店前台hannah帮忙延迟2小时退房。
