北京索菲特大酒店很nice，时尚和商务结合蛮好的。酒店干净卫生，服务主动热情。大堂副理，前台接待，客房服务，礼宾服务和餐厅服务都很赞。感谢酒店全体员工对我们的照顾。
在这里特别感谢客房曹女士(应该是主管级别，英文名字: Anny-安妮)，得知我们带宝贝旅行，特别准备了宝宝洗护用品和专用毛巾浴巾拖鞋，还折成了小动物。非常nice。还特别介绍酒房间minibar的免费饮品，chocolate，coffee等，非常谢谢她。很惊喜也很感动。
另外要特别感谢为我们check out的前台员工 Shirley(王萍萍美女)，超级甜美的微笑，热情周到的服务，专业 ! 令人印象深刻。
还有没记住名字的小哥哥们，一直为我们控电梯。很辛苦。还有指挥我们出入车库的哥哥们。都彬彬有礼，专业素养蛮好的。

酒店位置在东二环，不远处就有建国门地铁??，很方便。早餐时间很好，平时六点到十点半，周末六点半到十一点，很宽松。有游泳池，很不错，20米长的泳道，旁边还有一个小的温泉池，游泳上来可以泡一下放松。第一天还有欢迎水果赠送，每天还给你一个冰桶，夏天喝饮料可用，当然有小冰箱的，很方便。服务很好，每个服务员都很有礼貌。下次还会再来的。推荐！
