本来选择入住边上的7天，可是到那里被通知要等到7点才能知道有没有预定，好不容易等到七点，酒店却说没房了，当时把我给气的，明明都交了担保的，直接反映给同程，客服态度还蛮好的，把我们的情况反映给上级，给我们换了和颐，并主动承担了差价，处理速度很快，大约20分钟就搞定了。虽然一波三折，但是同程的处理我们还是很满意的，以后出行还选同程。接下来说下酒店，整体下来还蛮好的，设施新，也干净，价格也不贵。早上整点发车去机场，会主动叫早，很贴心。班车司机也很好，会帮你把箱子拿上车，态度也很热情。以后还会选择这家店

酒店设施不错，干净舒适。唯一的不足就是卫生间淋浴房的玻璃门关不严实，洗完澡以后整个卫生间都是水。希望改善！
