说是五星豪华酒店根本到不到那个标准，一个是酒店硬件条件不行，装修挺老的而且房间内镜子边角都已经氧化也没更换，地毯看着就挺脏的，卫生间毛巾都是破角的，房间收拾的也不是太仔细，入住后床品边角根本没有掖好。二是服务跟不上，三星水准都算说高了，酒店前台接待在背后说客人的坏话，有损服务形象，前台值班还有大堂经理都不咋的，一点服务意识都没有，房卡很低劣，屡次刷不开房门，我就没见过这么次的五星酒店，也就是地理位置还算好，就这种服务水平还好意思挂五星，一次管够！

入住酒店自己的公寓楼。房间设施非常新和干净。每个房间的空间都非常大，适合全家居住。卫生间有3个，其中两个有洗浴设备，但是淋浴只有一个，这个需要注意一下。酒店服务非常好，马桶无法抽水立刻有服务员来更换了电池。酒店附近有东直门枢纽站，106路可以直达北京南站和天坛公园。非常推荐入住的一个酒店
