地点很好，离地铁站不远步几分钟可到达。住了四天早餐比较丰富，但每天都相同没有变化。房间设施完善，但桌面角落很多灰尘，打扫还不够细致。没有每天更换拖鞋，也没有主动为小朋友提供洗漱的用品。服务人员态度还好，离店的时候主动来般了行李。服务的细节有提升的空间，可能是对费尔蒙期待过高了。常规五星吧。不能和丽思卡尔顿比较啦

很好的酒店，管理规范，大床很舒服，一切都令人满意。与加拿大、美国同一旗下的酒店比较，该酒店相对缺少中国文化元素。本以为三楼的胡同街有老北京胡同特色，特意跑下去参观了一下，原来是普通的会议室。洗浴用品很好，天然的玫瑰香。

酒店各方面都不错，早餐也丰盛，就是没有地方停车，停车场收费，一小时6元，花了一百多的停车费，有些不太舒服。
