Отель сам классный, чистый, уютный, но находится далеко от центра, так как мы приехали в праздники, то поблизости почти ничего не работало. Рядом стройка, если окно открыть, то слышно живности никакой не было
Позже сделаю подробный обзор на отель в тг канале mileshkinaed

这个酒店服务，和处理问题态度太差了。入住是十一假期期间，第一天，晚上睡得比较晚，早上8点酒店隔壁工地，挖掘机炮锤破碎特别吵，屋子内都能达到噪音级别，我给前台打电话要他们打12345投诉，前台回答説跟主管反应一下，晚些回电跟我説“是工地的噪音，但是没有对方电话”。乖乖你有也没用啊，人家能理吗？我再次要求打12345，然后就没有然后了。
结果更过分的是，9点他们就挂绳子擦窗户，绳子噼里啪啦拍玻璃声，这就没法睡了，就起床了。第一天睡了5小时。
第二天晚上刚睡着，就被滴滴答答的漏水声给吵醒了，开始以为是小雨滴在室外，可是声音很大，拉开窗帘一看。乖乖是室外漏雨到室内，室内滴窗户框上，我于是垫毛巾在窗框上。声音小多了，然后给酒店前台跟携程打电投诉反应情况。
因为第一天就没睡好，第二天夜里被吵醒睡觉又很晚。加上这个酒店走廊隔音不太好，早上8点一家人退房，孩子大人长者几口声音大，又给吵醒了，尤其听到他们服务人员还跟那个阿姨聊天，唉！后来再没眯着！确实心情也不好。
睡醒后看他们酒店客户经理加我微信，我通过了，然后他电话就过来了，客气过后给我提出解决方案，是给我延迟退房到晚上6点，我一下来火了，我2点多的飞机，这是啥意思？拱火不是，我也没提诉求啊，没要怎么样啊。我还是耐心的説我11点就退房，他又説这个不行就下次入住。。。。。。，我实在忍不住了了，我説：等等，就你们这样，不一定会有下次。然后他还要解释，我説我没想怎么样，我们结束不愉快的聊天吧。
我以为就这样冷处理就算了，结果他又来，他给我发讯息，説他会抓紧维修处理？我都不住了，他维修处理确实与我无关，真拱火！大过节的，真够恶心人的，这个酒店对客户毫无真诚可言！

办理入住简便，cc笑容很舒服，主动升行政套很爽。
深夜刷电梯时房卡有一点点问题，前台礼貌快速解决。
不满意在行政套没有全身镜，然后洗手间的大镜子有很多水渍的印子看着脏脏的。

第三次出差选择格兰云天
环境中规中矩，但衞生整洁
工作人员也是挺好的

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but the rooms are not always cleaned efficiently, and the floor has never been vacuumed during stays of more than three weeks. The breakfasts are good and varied.

住了两天，升房不可以，送早餐不可以，开发票不可以，房间旧，泳池全是教游泳的，住店客人根本没地方游泳，房间设施旧，空调不给力，除了大楼建的漂亮一些一无是处，大楼也不是酒店自己的，跟公寓写字楼公用的大楼。
