  开始定了庭院大床 ，房间在后面院子里，感觉不是特别哇塞，也凑合吧 ，要是门外弄个走廊遮挡一下什么的可以能好一些，不过好像房间电视坏了 当我们给前台打电话说要看电视时直接给换了房间，换的房间也算OK。5 楼 比 1 楼好点，不过还是第一次见前台在地下一楼的全季。 有点周折。 不过环境什么的都算OK。10 分的话8.5分没问题。 照片应该是在上海的全季拍的。lou

  出游北京的首选酒店，全季酒店。安定门店的地理位置非常方便，围绕故宫老城区的景点坐车几乎都在30分钟之内到。最难得的是，酒店周边吃饭的地方太多了，各种北京美食琳琅满目。酒店房间一如既往的干净整洁，卫生间冷热水水量充足，非常棒，推荐大家入住。

  前台太差了。一直劝从booking退掉、从前台办会员订房。我问飞猪有匹配你们的会员吧？说没有。 我拿出飞猪界面给她看，竟然轻蔑的笑了一声说匹配的银会员等级很低。 另一位同事入住，定了三晚后来想退掉一晚。很不耐烦的说 你去找平台说，还翻白眼。后来平台跟他们电话沟通，前台一直不愿意只退一晚，让全单取消，让我们在前台重新下单。 在平台的坚持下，他们退了最后一晚。此时我们已等了15分钟，前台还要在电话里跟平台强调上次有间房没算钱的事。把客户晾在一旁、跟平台翻旧账。 最后阴阳怪气的来提醒，你们提前一天退房，记得要把房卡还了。我：这和提前退房有关系吗？前台：倒是没有，就是提醒你下。
