河南大厦酒店设施齐全，房间环境干净整洁，服务员热情，微笑服务，前台接待人员很细心，看我有小朋友还送的🍬和玩.晚上服务员还赠送水果拼盘，让来宾感觉很贴心很温暖，以后来北京会再来的，好评

酒店非常人性化管理，来这里有到家的感觉。虽然酒店目前评定4星级，可这里的服务态度，员工素质都高于5星级酒店。这里早餐非常好吃。下次进京一定还选这里。

非常好的服务，还有水果和手写卡片， 好温馨。宽敞明亮，气味清新，洗手间有淋浴也有盆浴。被褥干净，感觉舒适。卫生打扫的也很棒，所有工作人员服务态度很好。有电视，中央空调，减少PM2.5，防灰尘，希望有机会再来！

酒店位置不错，靠近地铁，附近超市餐厅也很方便。服务态度好。大堂装修蛮气派，客房的风格偏中式。属于中规中矩的传统酒店。性价比高。
