缺点:1.早餐种类少，好在管理到位，有服务员领位置，倒咖啡。2.建议大厅里放一些沙发之类的，很大的前厅没地方坐，等办理入住，退房等只能站着。3.北京空气干燥，建议房间配加湿器。
优点:1.房间，卫生间很大，很宽敞。2.窗外就是鸟巢水立方。

很棒的酒店；定的是豪华间，酒店直接帮我们升级了家庭套房，特别感谢前台一个小哥，应该是看到我们有俩娃的原因，娃们很喜欢在房间里玩，因为足够大；在房间能直接看到水立方，走到鸟巢和水立方大概10分钟；交通也很方便；走路10来分钟到地铁站，地铁站对面是奥虹购物中心，吃饭也是极其方便的；非常棒的一次旅程，有点后悔只定了两天。

入住洲际一如既往的舒服，近鸟巢、水立方，服务一流，因为带小孩服务员很贴心的拿来了儿童洗漱用品和沙发榻的垫子和被子，早餐味道不错，可惜窗户没有朝向鸟巢和水立方。总体满意！

从没住过这么差的五星级酒店。服务员鲁莽且木讷，卫生差，设施差，早餐差。房间里放出来的水是黑的，门上静电超级大，窗户都关不了，三星级都不如。
