    这次入住体验满分！前台YEDDA态度特别温柔耐心，有任何需求都响应及时，让人感觉特别暖心。房间布置雅致温馨，设施齐全维护得很好，洗漱用品品质在线，住着特别安心。整体环境安静不嘈杂，衞生无可挑剔，处处都能看得出用心。是一次特别舒服愉快的入住，以后还会再来~

    地理位置：距离灯市口地铁站非常非常近，这点最满意了（个人认为，对于交通管制较多、景区门口容易禁停的首都而言，坐地铁去任何地方是最方便的）；酒店距离王府井那片很近，要是时间宽裕可以步行去那儿citywalk，挺好逛的 设施和衞生：老牌豪华酒店，哪怕房间内部设施有些老旧、房间也不如我预想的那么大和宽敞，也不影响整体体验感较佳，早餐品质很棒，迪卡博意大利餐也很正宗美味，酒店大堂奢且有调调 服务：酒店前台服务热情友好

    房间面积适中，老牌五星级酒店的品质保证，有些细节做得非常到位，洗漱台和马桶前都有软软的垫子，防水且乾净，夜床服务也很到位，早餐丰富富有北京特色，进门时有服务员领位介绍菜品位置，主动续杯咖啡很好，下次还会光顾并推荐给朋友们。再记一句，地铁五号线就在楼下出行非常方便，离王府井、东单走路就能到达。

    地理位置很棒，紫禁城景观很棒，知道来看演唱会还给到了很用心的欢迎卡片，情绪价值拉满，办入住发现我没订早餐还免费赠送了早餐，每个区域的工作人员都很热情又不过分，非常好的一次入住体验。很少住洲际这次真的远超期待
