1，酒店新，但用具都有些损坏，如门柄，水龙头，感觉用上次货。
2，移动讯号差，基本每句话说三遍，联合国通没有讯号。
3，最扣分是此点：崇洋！已到过份程度。我早歺时已有礼貎及带笑容跟那胖子厨师说要煎鸡蛋，他是臭脸的质问我，很沒礼貌。我开始以为他心情不好也算了，后来有个老人过去，那胖子廚师马上變脸面帶欢笑，以及轻微鞠躬。崇洋如此!!!
第二天情况也是一样，我在位上发了劳唆，也难得跟他说，请服务员帮忙。第三及第四天便没有见到他，心情愉快。
酒店食物及烹调不及格，早餐选择很少，火腿很咸。
有晚因为太累不想出去吃，点歺回来 room service，牛柳不好吃，烤三文鱼很干，水晶鸭咸到吃不下，米饭特硬。
离店时跟前台说，他们也建议不要在酒店吃，因为普通也投诉些点。
门口服务生有些不願动，我推BB车进去有一两位不願意帮我开门。其彵大部分服务生都很好。
我是两房两厅带书房，很舒服。
位置很好，走5分钟到王府井。
