I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from the start; the reception team was very welcoming and made check-in a breeze. The room was spotless and well-organized, making it very comfortable to stay in.
I did have a small issue with the air conditioning controls, and although I couldn't communicate in Chinese, the staff was incredibly helpful—they sent someone up to our room immediately to fix it for us.
Regarding the breakfast, the selection wasn't huge, but the quality was good and the service staff were very attentive. The location is in a quiet, peaceful area, which is great for resting. However, keep in mind that it is a bit of a walk to reach the main dining and shopping areas, so plan accordingly. Overall, a great experience!

Great location. Very near the city center. Our room got upgraded for free and the room is very spacious. The staffs are very nice and approachable. May son loves the big panda in the lobby.

在网上面无意中搜到这家酒店，连住了六晚，家里人都觉得很满意。一是交通很方便，距离东单地铁站步行大概6-8分钟左右，坐地铁去北京景点都很方便；二是工作人员很热情，见到我们都会主动打招呼，我们的需求都能及时满足；每天的客房打扫都很及时，房间也都很乾净。三是酒店配备有洗衣房，这对拖家带口的我们来説实在是太方便了。会推荐给身边的朋友跟家里人，下次来北京会再选择这里～！

和妈妈一起带宝宝出门旅行，顺便陪妈妈去协和医院看病，离协和医院很近哦，走路差不多十分钟就能到。
前台小姐姐服务态度很好，还免费给我们升级了房型，带宝宝完美避开角落房，房间隔音效果也很好，退房速度也非常快，性价比很高哦！

酒店整体体验特别好，位置优越出行方便，房间乾净整洁无异味，床品柔软舒适，隔音效果不错，晚上休息很安静。前台服务热情周到，办理入住退房效率高，衞生打扫得很及时。设施齐全，洗漱用品齐全好用，性价比很高，入住体验满分，下次出行还会选择这家，值得推荐！

地理位置优越，长安街上，东单地铁站附近。孩子独自去北京，凌晨才到，我们打电话过去询问，几乎立刻就接起，响应很迅速，态度亲切热情，住在这里很放心。非常满意。

衞生间特别大，在寸土寸金的王府井大街附近算是性价比很高的酒店了。离东单地铁站B出口200米左右。
