The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I like the laundry room, clean and efficient. However, some guests smoked inside which caused the hallways smell.

The hotel was clean and neat. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Check in process took quite long as they had to check and photocopy all our travel documents. The breakfast was good, not many western options. This hotel is abit away from most attractions, and the closest subway in about 15 mins walk.

Orange Hotel Beijing North of Xizhimen (橘子酒店西直门）exceeded my expectations with its reasonable pricing. As a solo traveler, I found the hotel to be a great value for money. It is a lovely, silent location, not far from the Beijing Zoo and Expo Center. The staff is amiable and pleasant. The hotel is spotless and comfy. Enjoyed my stay and had a nice rest. Recommend it for business, couples, or friends trips. I’m pretty sure they have nice family rooms.
