酒店非常好啊，干净，卫生，面积宽敞，床也舒服。说两个超级尴尬的事情。第一件就是晚上胃疼，超级疼，跑去前台问药，没有999胃泰。然后就外卖买了。然后，我麻烦前台帮我送上房间。时间到了以后，打开房门，机器人，机器人，机器人送上来，吓得了一大跳，搞得我胃不疼了，还要药干嘛。哈哈哈。第二，退房那天起床，可能是太用劲儿了，直接把窗帘扣子拉断了。因为人家忘记那个是电动的了啦。不过离开的时候留了纸条在房间。超级尴尬两件事。以后三环以内就住这了。不远其他～对了，没拍照，呵呵呵。

酒店整体来说还是挺满意的，比较新，毛巾和床上用品质感都不错，最有意思的是小机器人半夜帮送沐浴露过来。前台服务员都挺热情，唯一不足的就是大厅没有沙发座椅可以暂时休息。

酒店服务和管理太差了，入住体验不太好，先说大堂 连沙发都没有，办理入住时间有点长，我老爸连个坐的地方都没有，大堂也特别小，看不出五星酒店的气场，最不满意的是早餐，餐厅就是大堂隔开的，种类很少不说，我要了一碗米线，厨师煮了好几份送到各桌，我用餐大概40分钟，直到我走了也没吃到这碗米线，同一个厨师，我问了3次烧卖，每次都告诉我过一会儿过一会好，最后有点生气，问要几分钟，答过几分钟。。。真是服了?(?????)?五星级酒店就这服务？？？？拿果汁的时候不小心洒了，后面2个女服务员站在旁边聊天，我只能回到座位取纸擦，唯一觉得好的是床品，睡的比较舒服，但也觉得不会再住，毕竟五星酒店服务也是很重要的一部分。
