我4月13日晚九点左右从同程预定的该酒店双床房，晚上11br:30左右抵达，他们停车位只有11个，让停在收费的地下停车场。到酒店前台办理入住，当时接待的是一位身高1.82左右的男士，由于同行的通性长辈63岁，忘记带身份证，只有电子版的。就请他们通融一下，那位男士打电话给预定部的领导，一是要释放房源二是问能否通融，得到的答复是房源少，不能通融。OK，我就问太晚了，有老人能否退，并且让他看了手机上预定的信息，如果不入住就扣除全部房费，他说要请示，他打电话请示后说没问题，但同程客服已经下班需要第二天上午8:30处理。我不放心，就又给同程客服打了电话，说明情况。让他们再协调能否通融入住或者退掉。同程客服让我在电话上稍等后联系了酒店，还是那位男士接的电话。经沟通同程客服告诉我的确不能入住但可以退房，需要第二天上午八点办办理。于是我们便离开了。第二天上午直到快十点无人联系我主动联系了同程客服，得到的答复是不能退，但考虑个人感受可以给予30%的退款，我不接受，重新复述了事情经过，几个客服轮番给我打电话，都是不行。我对此次同程旅游失望至极，如果当时不同意，我一个人住就是了。白白让一个长期客户损失。
