入住的时候可能因为艺龙和酒店没有沟通好。查不到我的信息。打了客服几个电话以后艺龙一边说可以入住酒店一边说不能入住。前台语气态度不能说很差。但是也不是很好。声音分呗很大。离跟你吼差一点。跟你喊也差一点。跟你嚷是差的不太多的。全程妹子有点急躁。多次打断我说话并且反复强调房间有。但是只认确认号。怎么说呢。对！有种去衙门办事的感觉这个最贴切了。态度语气都和我去衙门口办事差不多。。对比其他酒店只要有订单。就先给客人办理入住然后他们自己和艺龙沟通就可以。这个酒店让我在前台带着行李傻坐了有几十分钟。总之态度服务行为举止够不上五星标准吧。这次住这里主要是奔着早餐来的。几年前来住过两次被早餐惊艳到了当时有水果饮料墙。各种水果酸奶饮料。各种丰富的创意点心。国外主厨！曾经觉得这里的早餐是国内最好的。心里种草这次北京刻意来住这家。结果早餐来吃。。原来已经不是和那时候一样了呀。早餐勉强只能达到普通水准。非常失望。当然价格也比以前贵了

出差手机充电线忘了带，打电话到前台，服务员立马拿线过来给试，一共试了二次，非常有礼貌。
