这次出差选择了昆仑饭店，因为疫情的关系，进出酒店都需要健康宝，门童小哥哥很nice的帮我拿行李. 办入住时，杨沫帮我办理的入住，并帮我填表格和扫码，办入住非常顺利，房间帮我安排了高楼层房间，很满意！ 因为来北京出差，想买些玩具给孩子，大堂经理刘霄贞还帮我推荐了附近卖玩具的商场，服务很到位??！第二天退房时，前台孙歌谣帮我办理的，提醒我房间的物品要带好，我才发现手机留在洗手间里面，因为我比较赶时间，裴纹萱马上帮我去拿，服务特别好！很好的入住体验，地理位置也很方便，下次还会回来！

因来北京出差，我还是选择入住昆仑饭店，地理位置方便，服务人性化！因为疫情的原因，办理入住特别的繁琐，但是前台的郭萍，杨沫特别耐心的帮我扫码注册，并安装我的喜好帮我安排朝阳的房间。 因为来北京出差，忘记带洗漱用品，大堂经理张颖马上帮我联系客房部送到我的房间，非常的贴心！虽然疫情期间，酒店工作人员不多，但服务还和以前一样，让客人感受到了五星级的服务！

疫情期间过来住昆仑饭店，得到大堂经理凌源徽的热情接待，亲自帮我耐心的办理繁琐的入住手续，并流利的告诉我各餐厅的营业时间，疫情可怕，但昆仑的服务更暖人心，加油！

妈妈去北京为她订了这里，她非常满意。酒店服务非常亲切，因为飞机晚点，妈妈很晚才到酒店，我跟酒店沟通预留时间，服务员亲切而有耐心。妈妈很重视早餐，说早餐很丰富，质量也很好。酒店很干净舒适，床品也很好。以后来北京还会预定的。
