Hotel room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The duty manager Jack Feng provided an excellent service and made sure everything is arranged as per our request and requirements.
I wish they had some vegetarian options for Breakfast.
Overall 9/10

老牌五星酒店，酒店环境很幽静，大厅气派。酒店房间宽敞乾净，也比较安静，就是保温好像还可以好点，后半夜有点冷。酒店早餐品种可以再丰富点，前台朱漫丽人美心善，服务很棒五分好评！

每次来北京必选的酒店。这次到店还是给免费升级了行政房，由于房间冷打了客服电话，师傅很快抵达房间查看，得知是空调系统问题，第二天安排换了高级行政房，温暖舒适，到店和离店都有帮拿行李，特别是离店的时候，在前台的杜小瑞美女得知有发票疑问的时候耐心解答，并协助处理，还送了贴心小点心，一直送出门，瘦瘦小小的女生还帮我把行李送到后备箱，给西国贸的服务点赞??

#小路服务好，申请了免费延迟退房
住过很多酒店民宿在细节上这是我遇到做的最好的一间！酒店的员工素质极高，特别是小路解决了我的所有问题，能感受到就是能帮就尽全力帮！从入住开始就感受到员工的细心和用心，这是任何豪华的硬件也比拟不了的，这是一间老牌的五星级酒店我遇到的问题在小路恰当妥帖的安排下可以直接忽略硬件设施的不足让我们倍感安心！特别感谢小路帮我申请免费延迟退房！还有大堂经理及每一位可爱的员工都是很用心的在做事，你们都给我留下了深刻的印象！再来我还会选择这里。
