疫情期间，酒店入口需要提供入住信息、48小时核酸、健康宝、行程码，办理入住很快，表扬一下服务生态度都很好，还送了免费饮料水果，酒店内有中餐厅和西餐厅，用餐不算拥挤。值得一提的是酒店园林真的很大，风景也极好，可以散步、骑单车，结账时还赠送了小礼品，玩得很开心。

不愧是东奥接待领导人的国宾馆，设施齐全，风景优美，服务贴心亲切，餐厅出品标准不花哨。
酒店位置在雁栖岛上，从北京市区过去交通很便利。
岛上风景优美，适合家人情侣度假看水看天看山看树。价格不算便宜，但整个园区确实非常用心。适合愿意花点小钱买份清静的人群来躲一躲生活嘈杂市内喧嚣。雁栖算得上凯宾斯基的招牌项目了，是本人在各地凯宾斯基项目中体验最好的一个，令我对这个酒店集团改观跟多。
