  酒店快到圣诞节了装饰非常漂亮，酒店大堂小姐姐璇璇服务非常好，热心帮助很多，帮忙按电梯，送水果服务特别周到。让我感觉非常暖心，以后还要来住喜来登

  这家酒店说实话在常德是很不错的一家酒店了，特别是我来办入住时前台的小姑凉aurora小贝和雨欣两人，积极又热情，在应付这么多不同性格人的情况下还那么有热心真的是很难得，除开服务这块酒店的环境也很不错，酒店的香味也刚刚好，淡淡的很舒服，房间阳光比较充裕，自助餐的哈根达斯很不错，下次来常德喜来登酒店还会是不二之选

  大堂很温馨， 一下车就有人开车门，拉行李，一进门就看到过年的气息。 前台办理入住的舒经理，很专业友好， 陪同我去房间的行李员谢深福很细心，聊的很开心。 有钟爱的榴莲蛋糕。。聚点的台球也很棒。。 点赞
