这次真的忍不住点评，经常来这边出差入住的酒店，每次都很多蚊子，但这次特别多，晚上00:30，终于忍不住要用蚊香，房间内蚊香片没有缺口无法打开，开了15分钟都撕不开，拨打房间固话上的客服中心。说明原因，要求提供剪刀，说没有，提出更换蚊香片又说没有，就回答每个房间只能配一个，不能更换.这个客服真的狗屎，根本不适合服务行业，最基本的服务意识都没有！
