1、酒店环境不错，唯一优点。2、只适合自驾游，周边没配套，没吃没喝。3、酒店房间较大，但设备老化，洗手间设计不合理，电话几乎是摆设，而且WIFI不能用。4、最最关键的是，不太诚信，入住前要求的观湖房，答应的好好的，入住时竟然说已经没了，提出质疑，竟然回答，还有更差的，不信你去看看...5、服务不到位。对WIFI不能用等问题，服务人员只会解释，而不会解决任何问题，习惯解释，不习惯解决问题似乎是他们家的作风。6、最后强烈吐槽一下艺龙，打了投诉电话，没有任何作用...只能说艺龙也不靠谱，唉，改用别的平台吧。

酒店的卫生间比较窄，浴室没地方放衣服，睡觉翻身很发出很大的弹簧声，刚入住的房间电视不好，换了315房间，总体来说还行吧。
