以前去承德一般都住盛华，有了嘉和就住嘉和了。硬件很好，软件不行。这次订了两个套件，朋友的老婆发高烧，浑身无力，入住登记时就在大厅沙发上坐着休息等房卡，前台居然要她过来拍照！入住酒店还必须拍照登记，这不知道是为谁服务的。酒店的电梯也加了控制，我住25楼，朋友安排在六楼，我们要串个房间，必须一起约到一楼，再一起上到要去的房间，什么玩意！没有特殊情况再也不会去住了
