非常不错的酒店，第一次入住就超出了预期，办理入住效率很高，疫情防控也做的非常严谨，让我觉得入住很安心，还有客服经理亲自送客人到房间，只记得经理姓刘，她非常贴心，房间不仅做了免升还给准备了水果，嘱咐我成都近期雷雨天气较多，外出时衣柜有雨伞可用。离店时到大门口发现没带矿泉水，问大门口礼宾有水吗，他直接非常快速的去拿了两瓶矿泉水，因为等车和他聊了一会，他说自己是安全部员工，我真的有点惊讶，保安都服务如此好，车到了他给我拉车门装行李，那位张文武大哥真心不错，可见这家酒店管理真的非常规范，工作人员不仅热情还非常敬业，真的很感动，完美的成都之行！

房间很好，前台文静、佳佳、某蓉三位服务也很好。就是这里见客户的喝茶费用竟然发票要开“棋牌”，这一点我很不能理解，这样影响商务出行见客户。
