    在班里checkin的时候小姐姐很细心，专门询问了我们要高楼层还是低楼层，我们要了高楼层和安静的房间。房间安排在5楼，虽然楼层不高，不过关窗后一点都不吵，可能因为窗户对着的不是大路而是小路吧～ 服务还是很周到的，楼层走廊里有免洗酒精和消毒湿纸巾可以自己拿，还有矿泉水根据自己的实际需求领取。在成都4晚体验了2家酒店发现都是机器人送东西，好玩儿～ 一起的朋友忽然来例假了，前台很快就请机器人送了几片卫生巾也没说要收费，这点还挺贴心的。 是个性价比很高的酒店，就是房间小了点儿，4星有啦。

    早餐很丰富，前台服务人员态度也很好，办理入住时还免费升级了房间。由于第二天玩的太累了，中午前台提醒退房后，眯着了。到了两点半才退了房，让前台小哥很被动。感谢前台小哥卢帅哥的服务，让我在成都玩的很开心。

    酒店位置好，和省公安厅在同一条街上，马路对面就是省人大，也是公安干警接待酒店，所以绝对安全。离锦里和天府广场，人民公园都比较近，步行十几分钟就到，周边吃饭也方便。停车位略紧张，但酒店还是尽量安排停车。各个部门的服务员无论是前台、停车场师傅，餐厅服务员、客房保洁都很热情周到，有宾至如归的感觉。早餐也也不错。下次还会再来。

    清明节后家人收到华西医院的入院通知就赶往成都来，因为3月门诊的时候在锦著住过一段时间，非常满意，但当天的房间已满，就先预定了第二天到周末的房间。后来到了成都就在医院附近随便找了个酒店将就一晚，价格比锦著高，但装修和设施比不上锦著。第二天早上在医院办完手续，就赶紧拖着行李来锦著办理入住，久违的熟悉感，酒店独栋，来往人员简单住着也安全，周围交通方便。这是家人住院的最后一天，在锦著住了这么久，要走了都有点舍不得，以后来成都玩的时候还要再来住。

    家人在华西住院，这是入住锦著的第三个周，上周末回家了一趟，回来办理入住，前台的小哥哥都认识我了。酒店提供行李寄存，非常方便，取了上周末寄存的行李接着入住。本来定的乐享大床房，来的时候房型满了，给我升级了雅致大床房。早餐丰富，最爱米线，每天早上一杯牛奶，一碗米线和一碟小菜绝配。离锦里、人民公园，春熙路都很近，以后来成都耍还会再来住。
