位置：金科星耀天都5号楼，前台在12楼
内部：密码锁，电梯卡，楼下24小时保安管理很安全。房间很干净，所有设施都齐全。虽然处于热闹的环境，因为楼层高还是很安静的。酒店式公寓比一般酒店住的要更加舒服，有冰箱有洗衣机。
人员：管家特别热心，有什么问题都能特别快的解决
地理环境：位于驷马桥附近，离昭觉寺南路地铁站很近（3号线），附近也有公交，出行很方便。同时所处的金科星耀天都算是一个小商圈特别是晚上特别热闹，小吃夜宵烧烤，一个会胖的地方。

酒店超级棒，很漂亮干净，而且楼下也有超级多的吃的，很方便，离地铁站也近，走的时候忘记拿东西，管家还帮忙寄过来，真的很棒～

离地铁站很近，楼下吃的很多，味道都很不错
房间内有冰箱，洗衣机，投影仪，晚上风景也很好，装修也很精致，还有很多小物件
厕所味道较大，可能是南方比较潮湿，那种发霉的味道，但厕所确实很干净

这家酒店根本就不叫聚前国际公寓，有一种被骗的感觉，房子也不像图片上的一样，热水要么烫的不行，要么全是冰的，洗着洗着还会没有热水，空调制热也不行，很糟糕的一次体验。
