前台接待011号非常热情，本来我们只订了一天，一看挺好，下雨也走不了，想再续订一下，可因有会议第二天没有标间了，又给我们想办法腾出一间，包早餐，孩子免费，停车场不大，免费停车，可以停好了，打车坐公交到那里都方便，宽窄巷子，武侯祠，杜甫草堂都非常近！我们的车坏了，011号美女给我们找工具，联系工程部下来帮忙，下次还住这里！

房间挺不错的，去年开业的，设施设备很新，服务也挺好的，房间射灯有问题，打电话到前台一会儿就来解决了，还帮小朋友修理了一下玩具。这位工程师傅挺友好的，下次还会入住。

如果是旅游去成都，这个地点真的是有些尴尬，去哪里都需要转，然后维也纳智好酒店真的没有维也纳酒店酒店大，房间偏小，我们住八楼，视野市是比较宽敞的，服务还行

房间很干净宽敞，卫生间干湿分区，服务台服务员服务态度非常好，微笑耐心服务，早餐也不错。本来拍了照片，但因手机被偷，图片也就一起丢失无法上传。
