房间很满意啦，客房服务也不错。只是预订时特意问了水单相关问题可以解决的，结果到退房时说是由于未到9点钟上班时间无法解决，服务行业这一点要想到的，不可能住客都是在酒店管理人员9点钟上班后再退房间的。
