位置吵杂，院子里其它游杂人员自由进岀，淡季住客少灯光不够显见院子阴森，也没见保安人员，前台服务人员专业态度不够，淡季有空闲房子有客人要求也不给客人提升，对此酒店印象差极了，也会宣传叫其它朋友不来住这院子酒店？

酒店位置很好，就在文殊院附近，逛街吃东西都很方便，酒店环境一流，软硬件设备都不错，房间有大瓶的农夫山泉赠饮，还有可乐雪碧王老吉免费饮用，卫生间非常贴心地放了发胶和洗衣液，服务人员也都很贴心细致，给前台的Echo点个赞。
