印象1：中午1:45抵达酒店登机，不给房卡，让我等，直到2:35才拿到房卡，众多旅客都是这样，表示愤然，就我而言以后不来这里住了。
印象2:我预定的是豪华大床房，卫生间极其狭小，没有移动淋浴喷头。
印象3:吧台上没有任何物品，小冰箱里空空如也，五星级酒店不应该这样，就连开水壶也是放在写字台上，既不规范，也不安全。

设施太老旧了，特别是卫生间又小设施又旧，淋浴还只能站在浴缸里，酒店外观和大厅与客房不成正比，600多的价格太不值得了，最多三星，可能就是地理位置才把酒店撑起的。是我住过最差的五星酒店，下次不会再选

酒店第一感观比较大气，客房有些老旧，也还舒适。出门逛街购物方便。室内感觉有点失望，但住宿比较舒适，枕头可选，相对舒适。

位置算好的，不过离地铁站也要走十多分钟。酒店设施太旧了，橱门都关不利落，浴缸竟然没有塞子，地毯已经发白。设施旧也就算了，肯定有不能装修的原因，但是服务差就不应该了，至少要对得起皇冠假日这个牌子吧？餐厅服务员扎堆聊天，不收盘子。向前台要求延迟退房，结果开口就要我多付半天房费。后来来了一个主管处理了，说会送一个果盘致歉，奇葩的是还送到隔壁房间。我走过看到隔壁房间门口的果盘，也只能苦笑。大姐，能不能对顾客，对工作上心一点？
