硬件条件好，服务有待提高，酒吧点杯鲜酿啤酒等了20分钟，结果味道还有些古怪，退重新换了瓶瓶装啤酒，游泳池消毒水味太重

卫生真的不敢恭维，床铺上还有长头发，瞬间怀疑床单有没有换，浴缸里也有头发。卫生间马桶坐垫上还有脚印痕迹，第二天白天看到客厅儿童垫也很脏，房间格局是不错，但是这个卫生维护实在是和这酒店定位匹配不上

房间清洁卫生做得不太干净哦，地面和柜子上有灰尘。我订的亲子房间 儿童游乐区看着不太干净，地毯上有明显的脏的污渍。虽然小孩子的用品容易弄脏，但是第一时间清洗还是可以洗掉的，看来退房后的清洁做得不到位。
酒店早餐还可以，午餐和晚餐也有中餐厅。不过客房服务算不上五星，没有送水果，也没有晚安牛奶。680一晚的亲子房贵了。
可能我说的都是中差评，酒店身处大溪谷里，身边都是丛林 空气比其他几个地方要好点吧 仅此而已

特别特别好，房间好，环境好，特别棒！！美中不足就是接待的前台，好像叫vickey的，态度很差，让人觉得五星级酒店体验很差，其他的都很好

办理入住特别慢，必须要等到三点才可以，退房又退的早，十二点就退了，中途要等三个小时，房间还好，亲子房间特别大，很舒服，环境也好，就是泳池小了点，周边没什么玩的

马马虎虎，前台服务不周到，退房不提醒停车卡，到了收费口才说要卡，报了房号也不放行，叫我们回去拿停车卡，来回耽误时间，
