房间没有冷气，一整晚很闷热只能开窗，但外面马路噪音太大也无法进睡，实在太糟糕了，非常不好。酒店性价比还是很高就是空调没有冷气实在太失望。酒店干净卫生，据说是亚洲最大单体建筑

酒店硬件还是不错的，但是服务就跟不上了，毕竟是星级酒店，理解不让外卖人员进到客户楼层的做法，但是酒店的客服人员就应该送餐。但是酒店的保安先是不让外卖人员人员进入到酒店大堂，让他们在外面等（很不理解为什么连大堂也不让进，营业场所也看人？）然后是让客户自己出去门口拿。所以，这个服务，跟其他好的酒店真的差的多

酒店很大呀，配套超豪华，据说是亚洲最大单体建筑，里面的有很多大型娱乐设施，住店夏季有开放水上世界，冬季免费泡温泉SPA
