作为洲际管理的酒店，服务有点差，入住后忘了带充电器，打电话到服务中心，但服务中心说没有让到前台去拿，到了前台礼宾部问也没有。晚上酒店房间热的很，根本没冷气，打电话到前台，说会让工程部来看，可一晚上都没见上，一晚上都没睡好，作为一家高星级酒店，这样的服务真不敢恭维，以后再也不会住该酒店。
