最差的星级酒店，没有之一；我是一个能忍则忍，懒得评价的人都忍不住吐槽
一、设施老化严重，到处有问题；入住酒店后首先电视机不能看，维修；后来睡得晚11:30才发现衣帽间灯一直亮，维修工上来半天没搞定，晚上12点多了，强烈要求换房；
二、服务差；衣帽间正对床头，灯不能灭，实在睡不着，要求先换个房间睡觉；半夜12点前台让收拾行李，强烈要求下没收拾行李，说是同一层没房间换到了楼上，告知服务员第二天早上要早起，要下来穿衣服，第一个房间别消磁，第二天早上7:40下来还是给消磁了；
三、管理差；1、每次电话后，维修工、服务人员都要在20分钟左右，才能到房间；2、早餐没有工作人员引位，很多座位人走了长时间没有清理，座位找了半天，叫服务员收拾也没人来，后来自己处理了别人的饭后垃圾；
四、房间布局差；很多房间窗户都是被柱子挡了，视野很差，房间灯光又很暗，很不舒服，没有凉衣绳，洗个袜子内衣都没地晾；
五、服务态度差，折腾一晚上，没有人为此道歉，第二天早起，没睡好不说，服务太差搞得人心情也不好，老婆从晚上到早上也有气，早饭也没吃。
住的最差的五星酒店，洲际这个服务都该降星了，以后再不考虑住洲际了
