说实话没有黑龙潭洲际好，虽然同为一家酒店。房间空调制冷很慢，室外无边际游泳池不能出租充气的船玩。没有草地烧烤，特别是酒店中餐馆比黑龙潭的贵更难吃，客房服务慢。除了前台服务好其他真比不上黑龙潭的。下次应该会选择黑龙潭那边的耍了。

住了一晚东楼，住了一晚西楼，相比而言，东楼安静，装修更新，房间更大，西楼更方便，下楼就可以去餐厅去水乐园看黑天鹅

艺龙现在越做越长有点欺骗顾客行为了。本次预定三岔湖长岛洲际酒店，谁知道到了酒店大堂办理入住告知不在此处办理，不属于洲际旗下的。找你半天才找到一个很LOW的大堂，服务超级差，酒店停车场离大堂很长一段距离，自己还要拿行李，酒店保安不允许把车停在大堂外的停车场，据说是要给大巴车用，也是够了。最差的一次入住，完全影响度假心情。艺龙也没说法，反正钱也不会退，好与不好也只能认了

第一次来这里，酒店一定要在西楼的位置才好，东楼的客房和大厅和服务都不值900多的钱，东楼的客户就不想吐糟了，客房服务打了三四遍没人接，厕所淋浴房还没用居然有很多头发，
