春节期间，全家来到成都入住这家酒店，首先就感觉服务态度非常好，手续办理时还有专人介绍，一直带到房间；房间设施很不错，空调给力，浴缸给力孩子很喜欢；每天都有新鲜水果送，第一天还有糕点很精美；我们忘记带了手机充电器，酒店很快就帮我们拿来两个；所有服务人员都是笑容满面很和气；总体来说这次入住感受非常好，房间也不错，下次来无锡还会考虑。
