    这个酒店硬件也很好，品味也很有艺术性。服务人员也很热情，非常感谢。呃，唯一我没有弄懂的是它的收费。我订了4天，收费1300。但是我第4天早上退房的时候，它又退回了我196。

    在网上订过这么多次房，还是第一次遇到对顾客的诉求无视的酒店～～帮家人订的房，家人第二天早上考虑到要到下午5点左右才能离开，于是到前台询问多住这几小时如何收费？前台很清楚告知，要按现房价（网上订房的折扣价）一半作为这几小时的费用，家人也认可了。到下午5点去前台结账时，换了另一位收银，就要按全价的一半来收费～和收银讲过了上午问询的情况，不理会，因要急着去机场，无耐就让她在订金里扣费了。回来后，觉得这事的道理要讲清楚，又打电话去酒店前台，联系到了经理，经理说要和前台了解，就一直等他的回电，结果一直过了几天都无视，没回复，也总算明白了前台为何想怎样扣款就怎样扣的缘由了，好吧，这样的酒店没有第二次了！！！

    住的可以，吃的可以，1号晚上去入住的，停车场入口有很多，保安却不让进，也没有明显标志，害得我们转了三圈才进去，然后前台接待一个女士，当时就一个接待，态度冰冷，定的大床房就一床被子，两个成人带个孩子，让给加床被子，被告知天气不冷，不给加，还非要押金200，上电梯，4个电梯关了三个，另一个保洁再吸电梯里的地，让我们等着吧，真牛

    早餐特别丰富，场地和桌椅等设施也很好，酒店可以提供免费的停车位，酒店附近还有商圈，购物吃饭也特别方便，如果是途经成都往甘孜或藏的可以住在这里，上高速很快

    一直都是习惯性好评，但这次不得不吐槽一下。酒店环境还行，但是服务确实差强人意。入住当天室外温度21度，进入房间觉得有点闷，就把空调打开抽湿，结果开了10多分钟没反映（制冷也开了），出去吃饭的时候给前台反映了这个情况，回复说是中央空调需要半个小时后才能制冷，好吧，我这个傻B居然信了。回到酒店后洗完澡，那个热呀，开空调还是没效果，等了一晚上空调都没制冷。
