临河而居，相当安静。且位置比想象中更为便捷。步行10多分钟就可以到达附近的四川省博物馆、青羊宫。且到宽窄巷子、锦里打车也只需要十几元钱。前往周边的仁和春天百货、伊藤洋华堂也不过三四站路，很不错！
